Some questions we get asked regularly by our beautiful brides to be!

Do I require an appointment?
Yes appointments are required in both our stores for bridal and bridemaid dresses appointments last on average 1 hour.

How long does it take for my bridal wear to arrive?
Delivery varies according to each manufacturer you will be advised of delivery at your appointment. If you requie a dress less than 6 months before your wedding rush cuts are available.

How much is it to place an order?
We require 50% deposit to order the dress with the manufacturer however you offer interest free payment plans where you can open your account with £200 and pay in.

What about alterations?
We recommend reputable companies to carry out your alterations at their own professional premises. Our seamstresses have worked with Direct Dresses for years are reasonable priced.

Will you keep my dress?
Due to the large volume of customers we serve we do not have the space to store dresses. We will work with you on order lead times so that your dress arrives into store at a point when you are ready to collect.

What if I lose weight?
Our dresses can be taken in up to 3 dress sizes to accommodate any weight loss.
