Thank-you for visiting directdresses.com. At directdresses.com our mission is to mutually benefit from the value, quality, styles and service of selling formal bridal and bridesmaid dresses, directly through the internet and in our two stores. |

How do I shop online?
To start shopping, choose any of our shopping categories under the Catalogue section on the right hand side menu. You will then be presented with all the products currently on sale for that category.
Click on a small thumbnail photo of a dress, and you’ll be taken to a style description page where you’ll see a large photo.
Choose your colour and size, and click the "Add to Shopping Basket" button.
Your shopping basket is where you keep your selections until you’re ready to check out. To remove an item from your bag, check the item you want to remove and click the "Update" button. If you want to add another item to your shopping bag, click the "Continue Shopping" button and you’ll be taken back to the Homepage.
When you’re ready to buy, click the "Proceed to Check Out" button.
Simply complete your delivery information and double check your order is exactly what you want. Continue to the Secure Order page where you will enter your payment details by clicking the "Continue to Secure Server" Button once you have completed your delivery details.
You may also at this point, print out your order info and send it to us with a cheque or postal order if you do not wish to order via credit card. Use our contact info at this page to send these types of orders and make all cheques payable to "Direct Dresses".
If you continue to our secure payment page on our partners Worldpay site, simply complete the final stage with your info and press submit.
Congratulations, you have completed the shopping process. Your purchase will be confirmed by email when authorisation checks have been made. It's that easy! |

What happens when I place an order online?
If you provided a valid e-mail address during the ordering process, you
will receive an e-mail message shortly after you make a purchase, confirming
your online order and the total amount to be charged to your credit card.
We will correspond with you as soon as your order has been dispatched. |

Do you accept International Orders?
Yes. For international orders the delivery address and card address must match. |

Can I place an order by phone?
Yes we’d be happy to receive your order by phone. Call us on +44 (0) 28 9061 9915 at anytime 24 hours a day please leave a message with your name, phone number and time of day when you can be reached, with full details of the style and size you are interested in. We will return your call within 24 hours.

What about returns and exchanges?
Directdresses.com takes pride in the quality and value of our dresses. But if you are dissatisfied for any reason with a purchase, returns and exchanges are hassle-free. Please note that bridal and bridesmaid dresses are custom ordered and therefore returns are not accepted.

What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates are included
in the price of the dress however if dresses are
returned 5% will be deducted from the total cost
for each dress. 30% will be deducted for bridal gowns. |

How long will it take to get my order?
Please allow up to 28 days
for delivery although it usually takes less.

How Do I Know if the Dress will suit me?
We realise that it is difficult to purchase your dream dress on the internet especially your bridal gown. While we try to provide you with all the information we can we would advise that you go to your local store and fit on similar shapes and styles of dresses to help you make your decision. |

When do I need to order my dress?
We recommend that you order you bridal and bridesmaid dress at least nine months before you wedding and no later than six months. This allows for all eventualities including time for alterations. Please note if you are tight for time some dresses can still be ordered although rush fees will be incurred. Alternatively you are welcome to purchase a sample dress off the rail |

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Depending on how far away your wedding is we require 50% deposit to order in your dress. Time permitting you are welcome to open a Direct Dresses account and pay of in smaller amounts. All payments are interest free. |

What about alterations?
We work with the best seamstresses in the industry who carry out alterations off site. Details of these will be given to you upon purchase of your dress. All our seamstresses have been personally used by the staff at Direct Dresses. The cost is very reasonable and the quality of work very professional.
