You can cancel your order at any stage subject to a charge of
30% for bridal gowns
5% for all other items

EXCHANGE (to exchange your order click here)

If you would like to exchange your item we will offer you one exchange at no extra charge, you will be responsible for returning the item to us. Please allow a further 28 days for the exchange. If the item is to be exchanged a second time we will charge you 10%. If you return this second item we will charge you 10%. Please note there is a 30% charge on exchange of bridal gowns.

YOU MUST RETURN YOUR ITEM WITHIN 14 DAYS*

You MUST contact us by email or leave a message on our answering service within 7 Days of postage date on parcel to inform us that you wish to return your item. Item must be returned within 14 days from postage date on parcel. All return are subject to 30% charge on bridal gowns and 5% on all other items Please note that if you return the item within 14 days but fail to have notified us via email/answering message you will be charged £20 per item.
If you return an item to us outside of the 14 days we will return it to you at your expense. This is a strict policy with no exceptions.

DEFECTIVE (to inform us of a defective item click here)

If an item is defective we must be notified within 4 days of postage date and items returned within 14 days. Contact outside of this will make your claim null and void.

NO RETURN ITEMS

There will be no returns accepted on accessories. Items posted outside the UK and Ireland cannot be returned

CONDITION

Items must be returned within the specified timings. Items must be returned in original condition, labels still attached, packaging intact, no smoke smells, perfume smells, fake tan, dirty marks or altered in any way.

RETURN SHIPPING

It is the responsibility of the customer to return the item. It is recommended that some form of recorded delivery is used. Please remember that Royal Mail postage times must be taken into account when allowing for returns.
